1. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Shipping rates depend on the delivery method and the destination.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time of 5-7 business days (for domestic orders within the United States). Rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery time of 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day. Overnight shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the location, weather, and any unforeseen delays from the shipping carrier.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order as well as the delivery method chosen at checkout. You will be provided with an exact shipping cost before completing your order.
- Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount. Please check the website for any current promotions or free shipping offers.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have any issues with tracking or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. JuugCollections is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 7. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays that occur once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either issue a replacement or refund.
To file a claim for a damaged or lost package, please provide us with:

- A description and photo of the damaged item(s), if applicable.
- Any other relevant details about the package condition upon arrival.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we are unable to process orders for international shipping at this time, but you may contact us directly if you wish to inquire about future international shipping options.
