Refund Policy for JuugCollections

1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
- Certain products may not be eligible for a refund, such as:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards or downloadable content.
- Items that have been damaged, worn, or altered by the customer.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Your order number.
- A description of the item(s) you wish to return or refund.
- Reason for the return or refund request.
Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time for refunds can take up to 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the refund process and place a new order once the return is completed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. You may be required to send a photo of the damaged item(s) to help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed will be canceled and refunded in full. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return policy will apply.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Some items may not be eligible for a refund due to their nature. These include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Downloadable products
8. Late or Missing Refunds
